Refund policy

COURSES - A signed Medical Statement must be submitted and reviewed by SA Scuba Shack before access to the online academics.  No refunds once course has started. Course must be completed within 1 year of purchase.  After 1 year, the course will expire and will require it be re-purchased.

RETURN POLICY - SA Scuba Shack has a 30-day refund policy from the original purchase date, After 30 days returned items will receive in-store credit up to 60 days from date of purchase.  ALL returned items must be unused, have original sales receipt and have ALL original packaging and tags attached.  All sales final after 60 days and no longer qualify for refund/exchanges or returns.

Clearance and discontinued items do not qualify for refunds/exchanges/returns.

No refunds on unused rental equipment.  Rental fees are based on a 24-hour period per item.  Late penalty of $25 per item per day will be applied to any rental equipment returned beyond the original rental agreement.

Special Order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit and may incur shipping and handling charges.  These items do not qualify for refunds/exchanges/returns.
