The PADI Open Water Diver Course provides the initial Scuba Diving Certification and will enable you to dive as a confident, safe and knowledgeable diver anywhere in the world.

The fun part about this course is...well, just about all of it because learning to dive is incredible. You breathe underwater for the first time (something you'll never forget) and learn what you need to know to become a certified diver. During the course, you'll make at least five pool dives and four dives at local dive sites under the supervision of your PADI Instructor.

Women Divers Hall of Fame is awarding 20 Open Water dive training grants. This is open to all women of any age. Each award is $1000 which may be used entirely on training, or can be split between training and equipment (up to$500 dive equipment). Awardees will have 18 months to use the grant. Training must be completed by 12/31/2021.
