NAUI Rescue Diver VA Includes:

One of the most fun courses you will take.  Even though it is a serious matter, we make it fun while learning. The course trains divers in the knowledge and skills needed to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. The course meets the prerequisite rescue training for NAUI Skin Diving Instructor, NAUI Assistant Instructor, NAUI Divemaster and NAUI Instructor certifications.

During training, students will engage 3 courses, including the following required courses:

• NAUI Rescue Diver
• Training Assistant
• Search & Recovery Diver

Electives:

• Underwater Digital Imaging Diver
• Deep Diver
• Enriched Air Nitrox Diver
• Full Face Mask
• Drysuit Diver
• Underwater Hunting and Collecting
• Wreck Diver (External Survey)
• Underwater Archaeologist
• Night Diver
• Altitude Diver
• DFA Pro

Includes a plastic and digital certification when course is completed.

Prerequisites:

• Advanced Open Water Diver
• DAN / BLS or Diving For Professionals

Physical: 

For safety, all students must complete a brief scuba medical questionnaire. If any of the questions apply to you, for safety precautions, your medical doctor must assess the condition as it relates to diving.
